The patient is 41 years old male, with a past history of smoking and hypertension who presents to the ED with a chief complaint of right-sided weakness, slurred speech, and loss of balance. The symptoms began 90 minutes prior to arrival. The final diagnosis after neurological examination and brain imaging was acute ischemic stroke. After discharge he was referred to the physiotherapy clinic where he actively participated in Recovery Tech VR rehabilitation program three session of a week. After eight weeks the patient regained his best level of independence and fortunately returned to work.
