Case Presentation #16

The patient is a 59 year old lady who complained of left shoulder pain that radiated to arm and exacerbated by lying on the left shoulder at night with restricted motion since 2 months ago. She was diagnosed with shoulder impingement syndrome and referred for conventional treatment with VR therapy by the physical therapist. She received conventional therapy and Recovery Tech VR game based rehabilitation for4 weeks, 5 sessions/week. By the end of the therapy period,ROM of shoulder significantly improved, VAS and DASH scores increased, Pain threshold increased and she satisfied from the rehabilitation program.
