A 29-year-old left handed man presents to the ER with sudden loss of consciousness and left hemiparesia. Brain CT scan showed acute right side hemorrhagic stroke. Further study by MRI determined ruptured saccular brain aneurysm as the cause of his stroke. He was referred to a physiotherapy clinic where he actively participated in Recovery Tech VR rehabilitation program three session of a week. After seven weeks this young man regained his best level of independence and fortunately returned to the university the next semester.
